
Here is the recipe for a GREAT juice. Is very healthy and it helps you lose weight. Obviously, you should have a balanced diet, but this is a great way to achieve a healthy weight loss. (I got the recipe from an awesome nutritionist who helped me lose 12 kilos --around 26 pounds!)
Ingredients:
1/2 a celery stock
2 spinach leaves
1/2 yellow apple
1/2 glass orange juice
1/2 glass of water
1 slice pineapple
3 sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
Directions:
Mix everything in the blender and drink up! This yields about one and a half glasses, but you have to drink it all. It's must be drunk as breakfast with an empty stomach to take advantage of all its nutrients. In the Spanish recipe, you'll see an extra ingredient--nopal. I think it's only found in México, it's cactus and it's full of nutrients. You can find information about it HERE.
He aquí la receta de un GRAN jugo, es muy saludable y es muy bueno para perder peso. obivamente, debe ir acompañado de una dieta saludable, pero este jugo te ayuda a bajar. (La receta me la dió una super nutrióloga que me ayudó a bajar 12 kilos!)
Ingredientes:
1/2 tallo de apio
2 hojas de espinaca
1/2 perón
1/2 vaso de jugo de naranja
1/2 vaso de agua
1 rebanada de piña
3 ramitas perejil
1 nopal cambray
1 cda. de linaza
Instrucciones:
Mezclar todo en la licuadroa y tomar! La receta hace como un vaso y medio, pero es importante tomarlo en ayunas como desayuno, ya que de esa forma se aprovechan mejor los nutrientes.
